Additional Information / Guidelines:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All are welcome. This is a family friendly event. We all love our pets, but please leave them home. Only ADA approved dogs are permitted and certification is required. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Members will be available to assist with unloading and loading. Please see a Group Admin for assistance.

It is recommended that you do your best to be prompt. Our last swap had 165 attendees. Successful swaps depend on everyone and their contributions being present and ready to begin at the same time. You'll be glad you arrived on time, trust us!

We will have a designated table for reserved items far from everything else and it will be clearly marked and monitored by a member. We ask that you label reserved items with the name of the recipient and your name, so they know who left it for them.

As for swap contributions, we accept all forms of gardening related materials like: seeds, clippings, whole plants, garden tools, garden decor, pots, books, etc. If you can use it for gardening, it’s appropriate. If you’re bringing a plant and you know the name, please mark it for others to identify.

Are you new to collecting plants and worried you don’t have something to share? Well, don’t be. We welcome all plant enthusiasts. As your collection grows, you will be able to share at future swaps. Nobody leaves empty-handed.

As a brand new nonprofit, we're still figuring things out and do not have event sponsors yet. This event space has been provided at a huge discount to our group (200.00 for the day). We will have a donation jar at the sign in table. If you are able and inclined, we would welcome any assistance with gratitude.

With that, we thank you for your interest and hope to see you at the swap!!!
